Ambassador opens a <ticket> with Fedora Legal. Fedora Legal will review and respond within 2 business days. If approved, it will be added to the Pre-Approved Type list. If rejected, explanation will be provided and the ambassador can appeal to the Fedora Board. All new approved types will be reported to the Fedora Board.
