One EventBox for North America has been created. As we create more EventBoxen, this policy may change. Here's is the first rough draft for the Shipping policy and tracking of its contents.

Shipping Policy

  • With more than 5 days before an event Ship via UPS Ground
    • Costs should come out of the Event doing the shipping
  • If no event is taking place soon, (3-4 weeks minimum) the event owner may choose from the following options:
    • Ship the box to the next event for them to store and get familiar with the equipment inside
      • Discussions between sender and receiver should occur prior to
    • Ship the box back to the regional ambassador in that area
      • If this option is chosen, the event owner must cover both shipping costs out of their budget
    • Keep the box at their location, storing it for the next upcoming event
