After the project was initiated on @fedora-marketing a couple of months ago, the time came for implementation on @fedora-art and [[User:Duffy|Máirí­n Duffy]] started the process<ref>http://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-art-list/2009-March/msg00014.html</ref> with an acclaimed<ref>http://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-art-list/2009-March/msg00015.html</ref> first mockup "Let the games begin! :) My concept for the theme of the book here is a guide on how to be Fedora. There would be 4 chapters, freedom, friends, features, first. The photos for each chapter will have the model's perspective on the chapter's four f, talking about how that f affects their life and affects their role in Fedora. Then below that, per picture, we could suggest to the readers how they can bring that into their own life with a suggestion. FUDCon T-shirt

Emily Dirsh proposed[1] a T-shirt design for the Tempe FUDCon "It's inspired by the art of the Hohokam who once lived in the area" and after an initial warm receive[2] from Máirín Duffy "Wow that is **gorgeous**, I love it! I would love a shirt with that design in it!" she followed[3] with a couple of variations "Ooh, I love the idea of a navy shirt! Yeah, the advantage to a single-color design is it's very easy to adjust the color." Jef van Schendel also proposed[4] a few remixes "Here's a few quick and dirty stabs at a dark shirt version".
