This past week, Richard W.M. Jones posted a number of tidbits on interesting ways of manipulating virtual machines under Fedora. First, there is virt-rescue[1], which "lets you get a rescue shell on your virtual machine" but running on the host machine. The virt-edit[2] tool allows you to edit files from the host environment. Lastly, virt-ifconfig[3] can list the IP addresses of network interfaces on virtual machine guests.
