Feb 14	Validate beat writers	Note to Docs list followed by email to F14 beat writers
Feb 11	Notify Dev Alpha RNs	Send note to dev list that Alpha RNs coming and feature pages or beats should reflect updates	Give developers a chance to comment on their updates, even if not included in major features (Moved up by McD to allow time for writing one page)
Feb 21	Recruit Beat Writers	Recruit new writers for any orphaned beats	Plan is to post requests to dev list, blog. Then email potential candidates for specific beats discovered by mining review requests. Some beats may be tame enough, or have no features, so they may be left vacant.
Feb 20	Comb feature pages alpha RNs	Go through feature pages merging highlights into beats	Ultimately select the few features to highlight in the one-page of alpha (Moved up by McD to allow time for writing one page)
Feb 25	Alpha one-page	Create single page release notes for alpha
Mar 9	Write unclaimed beats		Perhaps a beta release notes party?
Mar 9	Remind L10N Beta POTs
Mar 10	Remind dev wiki freeze	Wiki freeze for beta is Sep 6. Remind Dev the window is closing	Invariably, some developer or another is disappointed that nothing about his app made in into the release notes and the wiki froze by surprise.
Mar 10	Start nightly POTs		This is an error in the F15 schedule
Mar 15	Port wiki to Publican		This will probably be mostly scripted. Later conversions will be mostly manual, but this first conversion generally benefits from the automation.
Mar 23	f-r-n.rpm to updates-candidate		Needed some time before docs.fp.o so ready for beta compose
Apr 4	Beta RNs to docs.fp.o
Apr 4	Remind dev wiki freeze
Apr 13	Remind L10N no more POTs	On Oct 4, last POTs will go to L10N so no more source updates
Apr 18	Wiki updates to Publican
Apr 18	GA final POTs
Apr 19	Build GA htmls until Apr 25		Most likely this is a continuation. Drafts should have been being build automatically on a regular basis
Apr 21	Remind L10N trans deadline		Apr 25 we will begin building the release RPM so any translations not ready by then will not make it to GA
Apr 27	f-r-n.rpm
May 2	Update redirect	make d.fp.o/release-notes point to en-US/Fedora/14/html/Release_Notes/index.html.	ssh bastion, puppet01, cd puppet/modules/fedora-docs/files, git pull, emacs redirects.conf
May 2	GA Announcement
May 9	0-Day RNs to docs.fp.o	Get any changes that did not make it to GA on the the website
May 9	0-day RNs updated RPM
May 10	Tech notes to docs.fp.o
May 16	Updated RNs to updates-candidate
