BIOS Boot SIG

The goal of this SIG is to help the folks working on Fedora's bootloader stack to keep Fedora booting on systems which require Legacy BIOS to boot.

To help with this the SIG members will regularly test that Fedora N + 1 composes still boot on Legacy BIOS systems and members of the SIG will help with triaging and fixing Legacy BIOS boot bugs.

Organization

This SIG is organized around the @biosboot-sig FAS group: https://src.fedoraproject.org/group/biosboot-sig

There also exists a private mailing list, which you are welcome to subscribe to: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/admin/lists/biosboot-sig.lists.fedoraproject.org

This private list is primary used for the biosboot-sig bugzilla account which used to assign Legacy BIOS boot bugs to. Use a public mailing list, such as devel, to discuss any general topics.
