Here is list of all functions, which should kdump backend provides

Here is a list of funcionality of kdump backend, what we want to SET in.
- set/get amount of kdump memory (kernel parameter)
- start/stop service kdump / get status of service
- turn on/off service at startup / get status
NOT ALL
