Our next election cycle has begun with the release of Fedora Linux 42.

Interviews for candidates are now in progress. The interview period ends on 2025-05-19 at 23:59:59 and interviews will be published when voting opens.

Voting Opens on May 20, 2025.

The EPEL Steering Committee holds elections once per year, and seats have a term of two years. The next elections take place at the end of the Fedora Linux 42 release cycle:

EPEL Steering Committee Elections F42

The following Committee members are finishing their term after the F42 release, and these seats are up for re-election:

Eligible Voters
Voting eligibility is determined by a community member's Fedora Accounts group memberships.
To vote for the EPEL Steering Committee members you must have cla_done + one other "non-cla" group.

A set of questions for nominees is prepared by existing EPEL Steering Committee members. Nominees are requested to answer the selected questions using private issue in Pagure. In compliance with Fedora Council decision #135 nominees not having completed their interviews (as a private issue in Pagure) are excluded from the list of nominees.
