I'm new to the Fedora project and mostly lurk but on occasion will ask a question, make a suggestion, and/or edit a wiki page. Eventually I'll also find and edit DocBook files.

Initial goals

The Fedora project has a detailed "Get Involved" section so initial plans involve it. Namely:

  * Join the documentation team
  * Learn the current process here
  * Become intimate with the "Get Involved" section
  * Discuss methods for improving the "Get Involved" section
  * Implement changes

I intend to use this knowledge elsewhere too, namely for the PHP Project where I've worked for over seven years and also for the following:
