SIGs/ROCm

ROCm SIG

This SIG was created as a way to help manage the ROCm packages in Fedora and serves as a way for us to manage commit access to the ROCm packages. Any planning work will be done as part of the Heterogeneous Computing SIG or the AI/ML SIG.

Communication

The communication methods mostly re-use the existing AI/ML SIG methods.
