The Fedora Activity Day (FAD) is a regional event (either one-day or a multi-day) that allows Fedora contributors to gather together in order to work on specific tasks related to the Fedora Project.

Organizing a FAD

There are some types of FADs that recur from time to time. A partial list is below, meant to offer an idea for the flavor of what a FAD can be.
- Ambassadors FAD -- a good example is FAD EMEA 2009.
